Full blown potty training
So instead of waiting for my official timeline of April 1 to begin potty training, we started this past weekend. You woke up Saturday morning and I took your pull-up off and put you in panties and you wore them at all times all weekend (unless you were sleeping). You did really well. Had a few accidents, especially when Callie came on Saturday and Drew came on Sunday--I think you were just so excited about playing with them that you couldn't take time to go. I was especially proud of you on Saturday--we had lunch at our favorite Mexican restaurant and then went to Target--you tried to use the potty at the restaurant but just couldn't but when we got to Target you did peepee. First time to do it in a public restroom--of course, I had to hold you up a little so you wouldn't fall in.
Yesterday was your first day to wear panties to school and you only had 2 peepee accidents. The teachers said you did really well for your "first day".....let's see what today brings.
I'm so proud of you, Harlee. I can't believe we're already on this road.
