3-year Well Check-Up
I took you for your 3-year well check-up on your actual birthday. You were all caught up on your shots so that was a bonus. Your stats are as follow: Weight-31 lbs. 6 oz; Height: 36 1/4"; Blood Pressure: 112/59. Overall, everything is right on track. Dr. Wilson was impressed that you can completely dress & undress yourself unassisted from head to toe; she said this was more of a 4-year old thing. You were very talkative with her and started clowning around towards the end of the appointment.
No more appointments (unless you're sick) until you're 4.....
